The speed variable closed-loop control system
A lower speed in the part-load range reduces energy losses and noise emissions at the pump and electric motor. The use of standard frequency converters optimizes the price-performance ratio. Emergency operation without frequency converters is also possible, as is retrofitting. Identical mechanical interfaces permit replacement of SYDFEE and SYDFEC with SYDFEn. The animation below shows the principle of SYDFEn.
The speed at this animation is constant. The swivel angle actual value follows the set point and is reduced only with rising pressure. The relationship of swivel angle and the flow (speed of the cylinder) is nearly constant.
After teach-in according to the machine cycle the speed variable mode will be activated. With this, the speed of motor and pump can be reduced to save energy. The swivel angle of the pump is increased to maintain flow on a constant level.
