Which documents should I enclose with my application?

An application sent by email or mail should include the following documents:

Application letter stating the job to which the application refers
A recent photo
Curriculum Vitae
Copies of educational / professional qualifications

Can I apply online for a job?

We accept applications either by mail or email.

Please make sure that when you send an email application that you have attached your CV and that all text files are saved in doc-format. Graphics should be saved as either a GIF file or JPEG file.

Do you prefer an application sent by email or as hard copy?

We accept both forms of application and the type you choose has no influence on our selection criteria. Your application should be completed in as much detail as possible in order for us to obtain an accurate impression.

To whom should I address my application for a job?

We have specific contacts at each of our locations to whom you can send your application directly. Current vacancies advertised on our job market pages state the contact person you should address your application to.

Can I apply spontaneously for a job?

Our job market pages are intended to provide you with a detailed idea of current job openings. You can however send in your application at any time. Simply specify a job in your covering letter, which suits your professional and / or educational background.

What is the procedure after I have sent you my application?

If your profile meets the requirements of a currently vacant position, you will be invited to a personal meeting with one of our personnel specialists and a representative from the corresponding function. Please be assured that we aim to handle your application as quickly as possible.

I am interested in several locations and jobs. Is one application sufficient?

Yes, this applies for both types of applications, hardcopy and eMail. Simply specify in your covering letter, for which locations and positions (preferably by stating the job reference number). Your documents will then be passed on to specialist divisions and locations, in which you are interested. This way we can process your application as quickly as possible.
