| Working Logic |
 |
Working logic is the name of a high-performance, service-proven program of ND 4 logic valves.

It combines the advantages of traditional pneumatic valves (large capacity) and logic elements (logic circuits).

Features:
- Space-saving and simple installation
- One valve program with identical port pattern, designed to be mounted on subplates
- Simple, inexpensive assembly of complete control units
- Excellent life expectancy due to a minimum of lightweight moving parts
- Simplified maintenance by easy replacement of complete components, a positioning pin preventing mounting errors

Pneumatic logic unit
for the control of logic functions

- All working logic valves have a base of 41 x 41 mm with identical port pattern.
- They are mounted on subplates by means of 2 hexagone socket screws.
- Up to 4 working logic components can be mounted on one subplate.
- Subplates form logic units which are mounted on fastening borders one next to the other.

3/2-way-valve type 372-250-022-0 for the ventilation or exhaust of the control line

- Copper pipes or plastic tubes can be used to interconnect the components.
- Indicating pins facilitate function tests and trouble shooting with e. g. 3/2-way- and solenoid valves.
|
 |

Time control valve type 371-209-250-0 for the decelerated switching of subsequent control components

- Furthermore there are special distributors/connectors with indicating pins, pressure switches and pressure gauges as well as electric switches for signaling lamps.
- A subplate to mount single components is available as an alternative to subplates which carry 4 devices.
