Our new AS-i stop gate for the TS 2plus transfer system is convincing in all respects. In addition to well-conceived capabilities, high reliability and outstanding quality, the complete integration of all stop gate functions will win you over immediately. It is delivered as a complete unit ready for operation, and is thus ready to start right out of the box.
Less time required – lower costs
Previously, system integrators had to choose around 10 separate components from different suppliers and combine everything into a system. With the AS-i stop gate they now have a complete solution that is ready to go. Less installation and maintenance effort, no time-consuming adjustment of the sensors or connection of the pneumatic components. Simply fit onto the transfer system conveyor profile, then clip on the compressed air and bus connections – done.
All extras are standard
The AS-i stop gate has a pneumatic cylinder and a pneumatic control valve. In addition, all components and functions needed for operation are already integrated:
- Proximity switch
- Position inquiry
- AS-i bus interface with a free connection for an additional external sensor
Previously: A functional stop gate was comprised of around 10 individual components.
Today: The AS-i stop gate is supplied as a functional unit ready to plug and play.

- Shorter cycle times through two partly self-controlled additional functions: automatic closure after a workpiece pallet passes and automatic block section/accumulation section control
