Health Check Services
Ensure that preventative measures are taken on your machinery with our Gold, Platinum and Diamond Health Check services. Our Gold package features oscilloscope traces for foot printing of drives, testing of physical motor and nominated drive connections, monitoring of motor/drive cooling fan operation and checking of panel housing for optimum operating conditions. All of the above plus extra features such as remote temperature monitoring of connected motors and drive equipment and thermal imaging of main drives are available in our Platinum package. Alternatively, our Diamond package includes further options such as remote monitoring of hydraulic or pneumatic equipment, vibration analysis and power factor monitoring.
