Unprotected hazardous zones in working and transport areas pose a serious threat to employees and companies. You are however on the safe side with protective barriers from Rexroth. The EcoSafe modules with a wide range of combination possibilities offer a flexible and low-cost protective system. The emphasis is on easy and fast assembly and they can also be extended without any difficulty. System upgrades or conversions pose no problem as the modules can be modified to suit changing needs at any time. It goes without saying that the EcoSafe protective system meets the strictest European standards for protective barriers.

The modular, extremely versatile design of the EcoSafe protective system provides an attractive alternative to other inflexible steel constructions - the advantages of these safety barriers speak for themselves!

Another benefit of the EcoSafe system: it can be combined together with the Bosch Rexroth modular profile system to create a vast array of individual solutions. Hardboards, polycarbonate panels, plastic boards, sheet steel plates or sound-proof panels can serve as protective surfaces. Customers can choose between swivel, sliding, lift or folding doors depending on their particular requirements. And everything comprises tried-and-tested serial components at the lowest prices.

Benefits at a Glance:
- Easy planning
- Pre-assembled components - flexible, modular construction
- Fast on-site assembly
- Attractive design
- Constant protection at low costs
The detailed features of the protective barriers demonstrate how much attention and consideration has been given to every aspect of this concept:

Components for individual solutions
Besides the low-cost EcoSafe modules, Rexroth also offers other components for customer-specific production tasks. This includes, for example, clamping profiles for supporting panes or panels of different strengths (from 1.5 - 11 mm). All parts are clamped securely into place to prevent vibrations and rattling.

Pre-assembled frame elements
Bosch frame elements are available as pre-assembled protective frames in a variety of standard sizes. Other customised variants are also included in the range, e.g. frames with cross sectioning. You are therefore guaranteed to find the right solution for your specific needs.

Well-devised profiles
Woven wire grilles are equipped with profiles and support grooves to hold everything securely in place without the need for any extra parts. The cost-effective, easy and safe way of fastening woven wire grilles.

Suspension brackets
The pre-assembled EcoSafe frames can be quickly mounted onto the supports with these useful suspension brackets - and can be just as quickly dismounted if you need to widen an entrance, for example.

Solid locks and door handles
Locks and door handles are both available in different versions. Stable, high-quality and lockable.

Safe hold for protective panes
Panes and panels are fixed into position using stable slot and protective pane profiles. These profiles are made from plastic and provide a waterproof finish. They can be easily integrated in existing aluminium profile standard grooves – and offer the advantage that they can be quickly taken apart if you need to carry out any maintenance work.

Cover profiles in colour
They are used to fix and hide cables from view, protect against dirt and to serve as optical signs.

Protection beneath your feet
The base plates sustain the supports for partition and protective walls. Customers can select from different models depending on their requirements.

Stable and secure hinges
For mounting even the largest and heaviest doors. The hinges can be adjusted to suit the door size allowing you to precisely align doors and locks.
