The eLINE product range from Rexroth supplements the manufacturer's extensive standard linear motion range with components that are specially suited for general handling and positioning movements, light machinery construction and the so-called non-machinery sector. More demanding requirements continue to be met by Rexroth with its extensive standard linear motion range.
The eLINE range is comprised of ball rail systems, linear bushings and shafts, and ball screws.

Rexroth has taken its many years of experience in the production of high-end linear motion components and channeled it, accordingly modified, into the new eLINE product range. The result: eLINE products are less expensive for many applications than a lot of other solutions on the market, first in their purchase price and later in their running costs.

Even the calculation and selection of eLINE products require far less effort than usual. Rexroth has structured its catalogs with the design engineer in mind, i.e. he can complete his design calculations and choose the right sizes more quickly, thus saving timing and money.

It is also easier and less costly to install eLINE products. eLINE ball rail systems, for example, can be installed on a relatively uneven surface, thus enabling further cost savings. eLINE linear bushings and shafts are ideal for cost-effective installation thanks to their self-contained mounting. The linear bushings can simply be pressed into the locating holes without the user having to provide any elaborate support. And eLINE ball screws let you simplify your installation work by ordering coordinated units consisting of a screw with end machining, nut and end bearing. Plus: these ball screws are offered in numerous possible variations of length, pitch and drive nut, thus providing a cost-effective answer for a multitude of applications.
